Return, Refund and Payment Terms
- By using this service, the customer accepts the privacy policy, terms and conditions, and the return and refund policy. Please note that any product purchased from this website cannot be returned.
- Once the item has been selected and proceeded to payment, we will not be able to return the order, replace it, or cancel the order.
- After the customer chooses our products and begins to leave the site, the customer will pay for the order and write all the information about the delivery method and contact details.
- The amount paid is not subject to a refund and change and customers cannot cancel any payment after payment.
- The request cannot be canceled or changed.
There are cases in which the item of refund is excluded, and this is done during a period of 10 to 30 days with the same method of original payment or transfer via account and the cases that exclude them are:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective or has expired.
- The incorrect product was shipped.
The customer must inform us within 6 to 12 hours of submitting a refund request.
